- Member of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Foreign Languages, University of Tirana.
- Member of the “Culture and Language” Network / Agency for Education and Internationalization in Vienna, Austria.
- Reviewer for the academic journal Polissema, Revista De Letras do ISCAP, Porto, Portugal.
- Has participated in numerous national and international conferences and has published extensively in Albania and abroad, including in academic journals in Western Europe and beyond.
- Former Chair of the Association of German Language Teachers in Albania; has also served as an organizer and moderator of national and international conferences addressing a wide range of topics in the field of German Studies.
- Member of various research projects and organizer of national and international academic conferences within the university context.
- Trainer of German language teachers, Goethe Zentrum Tirana, Combined seminars "Online and Presence "in the DLL model (Deutschlehrenlernen/ Teaching and Learning of German Language)
- Teacher of German Labguage/Goethe Zentrum Tirana, Testing and Evaluating Goethe Exams A1-C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
- Member of several national and international projects carried out in cooperation with the Goethe-Institut, focusing on language teaching methodology and didactics, as well as intercultural education.
