Kristina MASLAUSKAITE

 

Kristina MASLAUSKAITE is Technical Advisor for Microfinance at the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB), where she has worked for the past eight years. She oversees grant and loan operations in microfinance and social economy finance across the Bank’s member states, leads technical due diligence, and contributes to defining the CEB’s strategic priorities in these sectors.

Kristina is the author of several publications, including peer-reviewed articles, on MSME credit constraints, social development, outreach to vulnerable groups, and social infrastructure. She speaks regularly at international conferences and key sector events, sharing insights from her policy and operational experience.

Before joining the CEB, Kristina worked at the Europe Research Center of Harvard Business School and at the Jacques DELORS Institute in Paris. She holds degrees from École Polytechnique, Sciences Po Paris, the College of Europe in Bruges, and the University of Warwick.
