Jéromine ANDOLFATTO THIMOTEE-HUBERT

Jéromine Andolfatto joined the College of Europe in September 2026 as Student Affairs Coordinator.

Prior to joining the College, she spent eight years in European Public Affairs, working across non-profit trade associations and non-governmental organisations.

Jéromine is deeply committed to women's rights, gender equality and DEI. For three years, she focused on advancing women's equal representation and participation in political and economic life, and on applying gender mainstreaming to EU policy, work for which she also completed a training-of-trainers programme. Her experience spans managing campaigns for the EU elections, external representation, stakeholder mobilisation, and the design and delivery of training programmes.

Since 2024, she has also been a guest lecturer at UCLouvain Saint-Louis, where she teaches a master's class on EU Advocacy, with her seminars focusing on EU Advocacy, Gender Equality and Inclusion.

Jéromine holds a Master's degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

She speaks French, English and Spanish fluently. She looks forward to joining the Student Affairs team to support students throughout their journey at the College and to contributing to a safe, inclusive and supportive campus community.
