Join Our Team: New Career Opportunities at the College of Europe in Natolin

The College of Europe in Natolin is pleased to announce several exciting career opportunities for motivated, dynamic, and internationally minded professionals to join our community in autumn 2025.

We are currently inviting applications for the following positions:

1. Head of Student Recruitment

This senior role involves leading our recruitment strategy, overseeing the full student recruitment process, enhancing digital and on-site communication tools, managing alumni engagement activities, and supervising the recruitment team.

Applicants should have a minimum of five years of relevant experience, a proven track record in recruitment or communications, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and fluency in both English and French.

2. Student Recruitment Officer

The Student Recruitment Officer will support the College’s recruitment strategy by executing targeted outreach campaigns, representing the College at events, and overseeing the application process and prospective student relations.

Candidates should bring experience in recruitment, education, or event coordination, strong organizational and intercultural skills, and fluency in English. Knowledge of additional EU languages is considered an asset.

3. Alumni Relations Officer

The Alumni Relations Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong connections with our alumni community. Key responsibilities include overseeing communication and engagement strategies, organizing reunions and mentoring events, and liaising with alumni to enrich campus activities.

Ideal candidates will have a background in communications, European studies, or a related field, and experience in alumni relations or community engagement. Excellent communication skills in English are required; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
