The College of Europe, in partnership with the EU Delegations in Argentina and Brazil, will host the 2025 Young Leaders Programme online from 3 to 7 February. This EU-funded initiative is aimed at up to 30 undergraduate students from Brazil and Argentina studying international relations, law, and related fields.
The programme will focus on developing leadership skills and enhancing understanding of key EU topics, including EU institutions, EU-Mercosur relations, EU climate policy (ahead of COP30), and EU external action. Participants will engage in lectures, debates, workshops, and sessions on public speaking and political analysis, with opportunities to interact with EU officials.
Pre-identified by the EU Delegations in Argentina and Brazil, the participants have demonstrated a strong interest in the EU through their engagement in EU-related activities.
