Tailor-Made Training on EU Project Management | Bruges (10–13 February 2026)

From 10 to 13 February, the College of Europe in Bruges hosted an interactive, tailor-made training for officials from Kosovo, focused on strengthening practical skills for the full EU project cycle - from programming and project design to budgeting, monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting.

Throughout four intensive days, participants worked hands-on on:
•    translating priorities into results chains and Logframe Matrices (vertical & horizontal logic)
•    applying analytical and planning tools (problem analysis, stakeholder mapping, response strategies)
•    developing indicators, baselines/targets and sources of verification, as well as M&E plans
•    addressing assumptions and risks, and preparing project budgets
•    reflecting on EU reporting obligations and how learning can strengthen future proposals and institutional performance

A sincere thank you to all participants for their active engagement and constructive exchanges throughout the week.

This training is supported by the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) and implemented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
