Description

We designed and organised a two-week training programme on public administration reform for the project “EU Scheme for Young Professionals in the Western Balkans” for 30 civil servants. 

The course covered public administration in the EU, EU integration, change management, policy development, public service and human resources management, legal approximation, accession negotiations and a study visit to EU institutions in Brussels.  

We contributed to building capacity for the next generation of public administrators in the Western Balkans.  

The activity also promoted regional cooperation by making cross-border connections between these leaders and agents of change.
