The Province of West Flanders together with the College of Europe is organising a lecture series throughout 2025 to provide an enhanced insight and awareness on pressing EU topics.

Lecturer: Ward Den Dooven is an Associate Fellow at the Egmont Institute and Attaché at the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focusing on the 2024 Belgian Presidency of the EU Council. His research interests include the rule of law, democracy, EU institutions, and democratic innovation, and he holds MA degrees from the College of Europe and KU Leuven.
