The Opening Ceremony for the Victoria Amelina Promotion 2025/2026 of the College of Europe - Tirana Campus, will take place on Friday, 21 November 2025 at 14:30, in Aula Magna, Liria Building (Tirana).
We are delighted to welcome Mr. Edi Rama, Prime Minister of Albania, as our keynote speaker.
