Looking back at an inspiring summer of executive training in Bruges and Tirana!
As we prepare for the upcoming autumn courses and look ahead to a brand-new training offer in 2026, it is the perfect moment to reflect on the incredible momentum of the past months.
This summer, over 200 professionals and practitioners joined the College of Europe’s executive education programmes - uniting in Bruges and our new campus in Tirana to dive deep into key EU topics.
Our 7 executive education courses in June and July covered critical topics, including:
- EU Project Management (in Bruges and, for the very first time, in Tirana!)
- Monitoring & Evaluation
- Intensive Seminar on the EU
- EU Transport & Railway Affairs (ETCR)
- EU Competition Law
- Competition Policy and Digital Markets
- EU Energy Policy
(relive the highlights of each course through the Flickr albums linked below)
Our participants engaged in practical sessions, vibrant debates, and enriching study visits to Brussels and Antwerp, where policy met practice at EU institutions and major transport hubs.
More than 100 high-level speakers, experts, and trainers shared their deep insights and experiences, making the sessions truly impactful. And that's not all: we also welcomed officials from India, Bangladesh and ASEAN countries in the framework of the Competition Summer Schools for Asian Officials.
But beyond the knowledge gained, what truly stood out was the community. Diverse backgrounds and a shared drive created a dynamic environment of intellectual exchange, collaboration, and lasting connections.
This summer was just the beginning - autumn is coming, and 2026 will bring a refreshed portfolio of executive education programmes in both Bruges and Tirana, tailored to the evolving needs of professionals in EU affairs.
📌 Stay tuned for more updates - exciting opportunities await!
