On Friday 31 January, the College of Europe will have the pleasure to hold a training on leadership, negotiation, and consensus-building through clear communication together with the Permanent Representation of Croatia to the EU.
We are excited to have Helene Banner, an expert in EU political communication with us for a full day of interesting sessions, sharing her insights on how to use communication to become an effective leader, especially relevant for top diplomats and representatives to the Council of the European Union.
