The Executive Education, Training and Projects Office of the College of Europe will organise a 5-day online training programme for the Diplomatic Academy "Manuel María Peralta" of Costa Rica, taking place from 27 to 31 January 2025. This initiative is part of the EU-funded project "Policy and Outreach Partnership - Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean," led by Equinoccio.
The training is designed for senior members of the Costa Rican diplomatic corps and forms part of the administrative promotion process. It will cover key topics organised into the following modules:
1. The Institutions of the European Union and the Decision-Making Process
2. Policies Defining the EU's Project for the Future
3. The European Union's Action in Response to Global Challenges
4. Efforts Towards a Global Europe: Instruments of Cooperation with Latin America and the Caribbean
5. The Association Agreement Between the European Union and Central America
