Extra in-person edition of our EU Project Management Course

From 7 to 11 October 2024, the Executive Education, Training and Projects Office of the College of Europe organised an extra in-person edition of its EU Project Management course. 

Throughout this interactive week, the group embarked on a journey through the life of EU-funded projects: from designing a project, writing a proposal, building a budget, and evaluating a project. Pairing theoretical modules with group exercises allowed the participants to directly apply newly gained knowledge. 

In addition to the course modules, evening activities gave the participants the opportunity to connect and expand their professional network. This enabled them to share working methods and gain new perspectives on the practice of EU Project Management.
