Advancing Excellence in Project Management at COST

The Executive Education, Training & Projects Office of the College of Europe designed and delivered a training session to the staff of the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) Association, aimed at strengthening their project management skills.

The COST Association funds the creation of research networks that connect researchers and foster knowledge exchange across Europe and beyond. These networks support collaboration through workshops, conferences, working group meetings, training schools, short-term scientific missions, and dissemination and communication initiatives.

The training took place in Brussels from 25 – 27 June and adopted a holistic approach to project management, covering all key dimensions of the discipline. The goal was to enhance COST staff’s ability to support beneficiaries more effectively and contribute to the success of COST-funded initiatives.
