Driving Change Together: the College of Europe’s new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Working Group

The College of Europe is proud to announce the launch of a new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Working Group, marking an important step in its ongoing efforts to foster a more inclusive and equitable environment for its students, staff, and faculty across both the Bruges and Tirana campuses.

Building on the work of the former Gender Equality Working Party, established in 2015, this new initiative expands the College's commitment to inclusivity across all dimensions of identity.

The DE&I Working Group, composed of current students, faculty, and staff members, has been tasked with promoting a study and work environment where diversity is respected, celebrated, and integrated into every aspect of life at the College of Europe. Its expanded mandate will address issues related to race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, disability, gender identity, and more.

We look forward to working together to ensure our College remains a place where diversity thrives, and everyone’s voice and perspective is embraced and represented.
