A partir de 09:30 till 12:30
Auditorium Skłodowska-Curie
Natolin (Warsaw) Campus

The Student Affairs and Professional Development Office of the College of Europe in Natolin organised a workshop titled "Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)" with Dr Amel HAMMAMI, Senior Academic Assistant at Natolin with a long experience in implementing M&E tools in various projects.

The M&E is a critical final phase of any project that shapes its development. This session introduced the students to essential skills and best practices for assessing and controlling projects. Dr HAMMAMI started with an overview of fundamental concepts, including the conceptual framework, the results framework, and the logic model. The speaker and the students engaged in a discussion about how M&E differs across regions and countries, and the importance of involving beneficiaries in the evaluation process.

After understanding the theory of M&E, the students were divided into groups, where they created their own projects specifying the objective, the inputs, outputs and outcomes to be monitored, as well as the methods they would use to control them.
