The Natolin Digital Transformation Nest of the College of Europe in Natolin was pleased to start the new academic year with its inaugural session titled “Data and the City. How Data May Support Evidence-Based Local Policies?” delivered by Dr Olaf OSICA, Mentor of the Natolin Digital Transformation Nest.
During the workshop session, the attendees explored how cities can use data to design smarter solutions for everyday challenges.
From improving transport networks and public services to advancing sustainability, data offers powerful tools to shape the future of urban life. At the same time, the workshop highlighted the importance of transparency, accountability, and citizen trust, showing that effective data-driven policies are not just about technology, but also about building stronger, more inclusive communities.
