The first Natolin Career Day has successfully concluded, marking an important milestone in strengthening the link between academic learning and professional practice at the College of Europe in Natolin.
The event reflected a core principle of the institution: that academic excellence should go hand in hand with real-world experience. Alongside a dynamic Career Fair, participants engaged in a diverse programme designed to provide practical insights into early career pathways.
Highlights of the day included a high-level session on career development opportunities within NATO, led by Dominik P. JANKOWSKI, Deputy Secretary General for Policy and Outreach at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. Attendees also took part in panel discussions exploring entry-level roles, graduate opportunities, and key trends across sectors such as Energy and Climate, Migration and Humanitarian Aid, and Consultancy and EU Public Affairs.
In addition, a practical workshop offered guidance on CV writing, motivation letters, and job interview preparation, equipping students with essential tools for entering the job market.
The event brought together partners and alumni who shared their experiences and professional journeys, offering perspectives that complement and extend beyond the classroom.
